Field Support

MANDEX personnel are prepared to deploy to any location worldwide, having already received all shots, passports and other requirements for the immediate preparation of deployment packages in accordance Department of State and Department of Defense deployment policies. MANDEX Inc. has a three phased deployment structure ensuring our engineers, analysts, and technician can travel to remote destination in support of any project/program. Depending on the project and destination certain items include but are not limited to Geneva Convention Common Access Cards, vaccines, country clearances, training, current passports, and more. MANDEX has a documented history of deploying our personnel to remote areas in a timely manner with an established and proven process.

MANDEX continues to support our warfighters with field technician support in hostile areas. MANDEX has personnel deployed supporting US and Coalition troops with C4ISR systems and services. MANDEX has provided technical field support for C4ISR Imagery Systems, Distributed Common Ground Systems Navy (DCGS-N), and Global Command and Control Systems (GCCS) Family of Systems including GCCS Maritime (GCCS-M), GCCS Joint (GCCS-J) and GCCS Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (GCCS-I3), and the Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS) Family of Systems.

Electronic and Physical Security System’s Field Support consists of efforts necessary for requirements development, site surveys, design, installations and systems integrations, and life-cycle support for electronic and physical security systems. Our Field Support engineers and technicians perform work on systems world-wide, to include access control, intrusion detection, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and fence line protection systems. Our staff is highly trained and equipped with the necessary skills and equipment to perform field support services in any situation including in hostile environments. Our staff possesses the necessary security clearances needed to provide our services in any security sensitive location.
