MANDEX Program Managers are Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certified or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certified with long tenures as program managers on large, complex government programs.  MANDEX has on staff one Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and eleven Green Belts.  MANDEX provides program and engineering expertise in developing program plans and milestones, tracking progress of the programs against technical performance and schedule milestones, program documentation to support key decisions, accurate requirement definition, alternative approaches for fielding, staging material, certification and accreditation of systems; as well as ongoing support of fielded systems to achieve the strategic objectives of our customers.  Our proven Program Management solutions, coupled with our System Engineering and Program Management Processes, translates into efficiency-generated cost savings for our customers, while providing timely and technically accurate communications with its sponsors, customers and other contractors.

The cornerstone of our successful management of all MANDEX’s contracts and programs is the flexible and streamlined processes that includes free and open communication between all levels of project, company and customer management, resulting in a rapid response. The MANDEX management team has successfully managed contracts for our Department of Defense customers ranging in size from $100k to $380M.

MANDEX has gained a reputation for the early identification and elimination of obstacles that adversely impact the success of our customers’ objectives.  Dictated by the complexity and dynamics of the program/project, MANDEX implements standardized tracking and reporting for technical and financial progress at a level of detail and periodicity to capture program/project trends necessary for accurate corrective recommendations to the program/project to meet schedules and budgets. MANDEX can also implement Earned Value Management (EVM) for use on very complex or high risk programs to ensure our program managers have this information on which to adjust programs/projects for successful completions.  Simply stated, we manage our contracts at a level of detail that allows for early identification of problems, and the generation of solutions at the lowest level, while keeping all lines of communication open between program managers and government customers.

The Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture Workstation, or JTCW, combines numerous tactical software applications into one user interface. It is a single-display of relevant battlefield information shared by battalion and higher leadership, and is connected by the Global Command and Control System Tactical Combat Operations network. GCCS-TCO is a network is tactical servers that enable information sharing, ranging from the positioning of friendly and enemy troops, to strategic battlefield assets. These programs, developed by Marine Corps Systems Command, and supported by MANDEX and its key partners, are designed to help commanders efficiently make the best decisions on the battlefield.

Additionally, MANDEX personnel are providing worldwide support, including hostile regions, for other related projects such as GRIDLOCK, Homeland Defense Common Operating Picture (HLD COP), Joint Blue Force Situational Awareness (JBFSA), Common Motion Imagery Library (CMIL), and other shore and mobile based tactical systems.
