MANDEX Program Managers are Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certified or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certified with long tenures as program managers on large, complex government programs. MANDEX has on staff one Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and eleven Green Belts. MANDEX provides program and engineering expertise in developing program plans and milestones, tracking progress of the programs against technical performance and schedule milestones, program documentation to support key decisions, accurate requirement definition, alternative approaches for fielding, staging material, certification and accreditation of systems; as well as ongoing support of fielded systems to achieve the strategic objectives of our customers. The Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture Workstation, or JTCW, combines numerous tactical software applications into one user interface. It is a single-display of relevant battlefield information shared by battalion and higher leadership, and is connected by the Global Command and Control System Tactical Combat Operations network. GCCS-TCO is a network is tactical servers that enable information sharing, ranging from the positioning of friendly and enemy troops, to strategic battlefield assets. These programs, developed by Marine Corps Systems Command, and supported by MANDEX and its key partners, are designed to help commanders efficiently make the best decisions on the battlefield.
Additionally, MANDEX personnel are providing worldwide support, including hostile regions, for other related projects such as GRIDLOCK, Homeland Defense Common Operating Picture (HLD COP), Joint Blue Force Situational Awareness (JBFSA), Common Motion Imagery Library (CMIL), and other shore and mobile based tactical systems.
