Quality Assurance

MANDEX’s Quality Assurance Program was built to follow the ISO 9001:2000 series of quality management system standards.  MANDEX developed a Quality System Manual using the following specific documents:

ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9000-2000
Quality Management Systems – Fundamentals and Vocabulary

ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000
Quality Management Systems – Requirements

ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9004-2000
Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for Performance Improvement

The MANDEX Quality System Manual provides guidance and overview of the quality management system we follow to assure our products and services meet or exceed our customer’s requirements.  We use a “process approach” based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle (PDCA) to develop, implement, access and improve our quality management system, which is broad in nature and ranges from production planning through assessment of customer satisfaction.  All products and services are produced under controlled conditions, which are continuously improved through data analysis and elimination of unnecessary activity.

  1. Plan: Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements and the organization policies.
  2. Do: Implement the process.
  3. Check: Monitor and measure processes and products against policies, objectives and requirements for the product and report the results.

  4. Act: Take actions to continually improve process performance.
